I went on a Sunday night. The parking lot is large, and there are tables and a small raised area. In addition to eel, carp, yakitori, and eel, the menu also includes tempura and beef. Shima's menu is designed with consideration for those who don't like unagiju. The unagiju was covered in a slightly thicker sauce. It was heavy on eel and very delicious. The other carp fish were also fresh and I was able to enjoy the river fish dishes.

Every year, we always welcome the end of the year by eating eel jus at Uosho. The sauce is sweet and salty and has a consistent taste. After all, you should eat eel at an eel restaurant. Thank you for the meal😋

I visited for dinner after a business trip. The unadon I ordered was cooked gently, and eating it with the tsukemono that came with it was really delicious. The otoshi that came with the draft beer was salty and delicious. Quiet traditional music was playing throughout the interior of the store, and it was structured with both sit tables and chair tables.

Take a taxi here after visiting the sake brewery. A local popular eel restaurant. 40 minutes to fill in the ledger and wait. I was finally called to a table. We used 6 seats for 4 people. The eel is plump and the sauce is delicious. Assorted pickles and Narazuke are also delicious. The soup stock of chawanmushi with lots of ingredients is also delicious. I called a taxi on the way home because it was far from the station. Recommended for those who like sweet and salty sauces. Even the top is worth eating. The skin is soft and the flesh is plump. It's a little on the small side, but it was perfect for my mother, who has a thinner diet, and seemed to enjoy it. I've been to several other stores, but I always end up coming back here. I'll wait even on weekdays. Even if you make a reservation, you will enter the store in the order you arrive (although it seems that seats are reserved).
